ID PRODUCT DESIGN FOR MAHINDRA XYLO: Xylo’s excellent customer value was co-created
with Mahindra’s Ingenious Product Development team using our ReFinE Value Ladder process.
Our transposing the customer’s latent desire into design features including outstanding space management brought it differentiation and commercial success. In the mid-priced UV
segment Xylo’s aspiration is higher than its price, so customers consider it a real deal.
Branding - Saffola Arise
BRANDING FOR SAFFOLA ARISE: In the commodity market of 12,000 varieties of rice, we
created “Arise” branding in a unique structural packaging design with the selling proposition
“All time Active Rice.” It’s a new category for everyday use by the whole family from the
healthy Saffola stable. Repeat purchase started from the launch itself.
Retailing ROI - Allen Solly
RETAILING ROI FOR ALLEN SOLLY:The retail store was attraction to the 35+ generation for formal wear. With asymmetry as the key design concept in every angle from ambience, lighting, colour, visual merchandize and facade, we introduced apparel for 7 occasions in 7 store zones. Within 6 months the young 20-somethings started crowding the retail giving it 40 percent growth.
