1. Service productization is the key to bring uniformity in delivery. As a large number of employees will serve the end-user, its critical that the same service standard is experienced by all. As productization means service reproduced in a product genre, theres huge scope to create touch point ecstasy here.
 
2. The quality of your initial customer touch point that respects business ethics will determine the ecstasy level which will lead to your customers stickiness to your selling proposition. The touch point ecstasy has to be so unique and embellished that your customer can never forget it.
