1. Your introduction to your customer can be through mail, phone call, in a public gathering, through social networking or meeting the customer directly within a defined timeframe. Thats your first and primary customer touch point. Unless you address this primary touch point time with memorable business language ecstasy, you can be sure your client will not consider you as a business partner.
 
2. The format of a business proposition counts enormously. It should never look like an Excel sheet or readymade PowerPoint presentation which the customer feels youve hurriedly put together when traveling. The business proposition has to have an outstanding embellishment factor while addressing your customers business solution with deep research and insights that are unique.
 
3. The document you leave behind for your client can either go to the dustbin immediately or your client can treasure it as valuable goodwill. To ensure the client considers your document superb and presents it to everybody in the enterprise, it has to incite highly potent ecstasy.
 
4. A customer can never be your mate, but you could be the customers confidant. When you create customer touch point ecstasy, you will be trusted like a confidant.
 
5. After signing the contract, place your relationship at a different level, but always bring ecstasy to the client. You may sell the same thing, but it doesn't mean that you represent it in the same way. Theres scope here to continuously bring ecstasy to your customer.
